The day begins with a high-impact team-building session to strengthen trust, communication, and cohesion.

From there, it’s go time:

• High-Performance Mindset Training: Sharpen your clarity, stress response, and decision-making under pressure.
• Mission-Critical Trauma Training: Master lifesaving interventions like tourniquet application, chest seals, and bleeding control.
• Active Shooter Response: Learn how to protect yourself, your loved ones, and your team in the face of an active threat—then put it all to the test in realistic simulations with airsoft guns, simunition, and Hollywood-grade trauma dummies that breathe, bleed, and scream.

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a hands-on, high-stress simulation where you’ll assess, decide, and act—fast.

By the end of the day, you won’t just know what to do. You’ll be Mission Ready.

• 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Trauma Medicine + Active Shooter Response Training
• 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Lunch
• 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Scenario-Based Training with Navy SEALs
