EO Chicago Fitness Club – the Murph

Join us for The Murph, a classic full-body workout that’s all about showing up, moving with purpose, and finishing together. It’s challenging, but fully scalable and designed for every fitness level.

Workout (done in reps, not all at once):

  • 1 mile run
  • 100 pull-ups (scaled options available)
  • 200 push-ups (modifications encouraged)
  • 300 air squats
  • 1 mile run

A Few Tips to Make It Doable:

  • Break the reps into small sets right from the start (ex: 5/10/15 or 10/20/30)
  • Use bands for pull-ups or choose a lower-rep variation
  • Modify push-ups with knees or incline if needed
  • Keep your first mile relaxed—you’re just getting started
  • Take breaks whenever you need them
  • The goal is simple: keep moving and finish

Come as you are, go at your own pace, and expect a lot of encouragement along the way.

 

FREE parking is amply available in front of the facility on Carroll Avenue, as well as on Hoyne Avenue.
