2026 US + Canada Presidents Meeting

The 2026 US + Canada Presidents’ Meeting invites all US + Canada Regional Councils, Presidents, President-elects, President elect-elects, and Chapter Staff to collaborate, share best practices, and plan for the upcoming year. The official Presidents Meeting dates are 26-29 January 2026.

Schedule of Events:

• Saturday, January 24th: Canada Regional Council Arrivals
• Sunday, January 25th: US Regional Council Arrivals, US East President Elect Arrivals, Canada Regional Council Meeting
• Monday, January 26th: Regional Council Meetings, President/ Elect/ Chapter Staff Arrivals, and Presidents Meeting Welcome Reception
• Tuesday, January 27th: Presidents Meeting Day 1
• Wednesday, January 28th: Presidents Meeting Day 2
• Thursday, January 29th: Departures + Canada RC Debrief Meeting
