Submit your application
Complete the EO Accelerator application — for businesses that range $400K–$1M in annual revenue.
Offer Sent via Email
Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive an offer email with enrollment and payment details. You’ll be matched with your Accountability Group and welcomed into the program.

EOA is designed to accelerate your growth. Most participants stay 2–3 years — exactly how long depends on where your revenue is when you join. Each year centers on four learning days and your accountability group, built around the four areas every growing business has to master.

Accountability Group
A pod of 6–8 fellow business owners you meet with monthly, led by an EO Member. The core of the EOA experience.
Four Learning Days
Quarterly full-day sessions on Strategy, People, Execution, and Cash — the EOA curriculum.
Chapter Events
Invitations to select EO Chicago learning events and two big chapter socials a year — direct access to our EO chapter members, all running businesses over $1M.
EO House Access
Use the EO House at 1714 N. Damen Ave as a resource for co-working, meeting space, and community.

Your annual investment
One total cost for a full year of accountability, four learning days, chapter events, and EO House access.
Good to know: The annual investment is prorated based on the month you join — so if you start mid-year, you only pay for the remaining months.
