Balanced Flow Wellness\, the company hosting the event\, is owned by one of our EO chapter members\, Nolan Lee. \nWe will start with an invigorating 30 minute yoga session led by an experienced yoga instructor\, Dominika M. Hertsberg. This will be a great opportunity to stretch your muscles\, clear your mind\, and relax your body. \nAfter the yoga session\, they will introduce you to the EMSella chair\, which is designed to help engage your pelvic floor muscles. This may sound like a serious topic\, but we assure you\, it’s going to be a lot of fun! You’ll get a chance to try out the chair\, share some laughs with your SLPs and learn about the importance of pelvic floor health. \nAfter the event at Balanced Flow Wellness\, at 7:30pm we will be taking a 10-minute walk to Bloom Plant Based Kitchen for dinner. Bloom Plant Based Kitchen is a local restaurant that serves delicious\, healthy\, and plant-based cuisine. We thought it would be the perfect way to cap off a night of self-care and wellness by nourishing our bodies with some delicious food. \nThis event is perfect for anyone who wants to take some time out for themselves and prioritize their physical and mental health. You’ll leave feeling energized\, refreshed\, and deepen your EO Chicago SLP connections.  \nMark your calendars and invite your SLP friends for an evening of yoga\, laughter and plant based dining.
