DESCRIPTION:Join us for The Murph\, a classic full-body workout that’s all about showing up\, moving with purpose\, and finishing together. It’s challenging\, but fully scalable and designed for every fitness level. \nWorkout (done in reps\, not all at once): \n\n1 mile run\n100 pull-ups (scaled options available)\n200 push-ups (modifications encouraged)\n300 air squats\n1 mile run\n\nA Few Tips to Make It Doable: \n\nBreak the reps into small sets right from the start (ex: 5/10/15 or 10/20/30)\nUse bands for pull-ups or choose a lower-rep variation\nModify push-ups with knees or incline if needed\nKeep your first mile relaxed—you’re just getting started\nTake breaks whenever you need them\nThe goal is simple: keep moving and finish\n\nCome as you are\, go at your own pace\, and expect a lot of encouragement along the way. \n  \nFREE parking is amply available in front of the facility on Carroll Avenue\, as well as on Hoyne Avenue. \nTo help cover the gym rental\, we kindly ask for a $30 contribution via Zelle to Joe at (630)776-7697. \n  \nRSVP By: 05/13/26 \nAttendees: EO\, EOA\, SAP\, SLP\, Friends of EO & Prospects \n  \n  \n  \n
