We’re setting up at a super cool house called Dahlia by Dwell Rentals in Michigan (2-2.5 hours from Chicago)\, where we’ll mix a bit of work with a lot of fun and some quality time to connect. \nPicture it: a cozy spot with your fellow board members\, bouncing around ideas\, sharing laughs\, and diving into what’s next for EO Chicago. We’ll have both on-site and off-site activities\, so expect some adventure along the way. And yes\, there’ll be shared rooms\, which just means more opportunities for connection and fun conversations late into the night. This weekend is all about recharging\, realigning\, and reconnecting—and we’d love for everyone to be there the whole time! \nA quick heads-up: we’re booking activities and reserving food based on RSVPs\, so please try and avoid canceling unless there’s a true emergency. Plus\, this is an amazing opportunity to build your leadership and get even more out of your EO membership—let’s make the most of it together! \nJust fill out the survey when you register.
